David discussed changes to the bid document with Quicksall and those have been sent as an addendum to those 7 companies interested in the Boat Ramp project.

Jen LaVigne contacted me about some other projects her "Our Village" group would like to sponsor this year.

I have contacted Wreck It Rich (Cooley Hotel) and Wargo Enterprises about providing estimates for the removal of the remaining cement at Simonds, the administration building, and the sawtooth ceiling section of the building beside the admin building. Those estimates should be received today and Monday. EPA grant is due Monday, February 1.

I met with a representative from the railroad about inspections on the new spur. The spur must be inspected every month, every quarter, and an annual inspection must be done. Each time period represents a more detailed inspection. I contacted three companies. All inspections are priced pretty close. They are to send me contracts with details next week.

Tuesday (10:30-12pm) and Thursday (4-5:30pm) of next week are set for helping seniors 75 and older register for their Covid vaccine at the library. We will see how many participate to decide if we need arrange more days to provide the assistance.

Lisa and I have contacted Park Bank where our funds are being held to inquire about other programs to boost our interest earnings.

The recycling center is completed, but I have asked the county not to move the bins to the site until the ground is firmer. It is still soft, and the truck that empties the bins might tear it up just moving back and forth as it picks the bins up. They have agreed to wait for a better time for more solid

The salt bin is still incomplete due to the wrong framework being delivered.
