Josh brings a strong background in public service, community leadership, and business management to the council. He and his family have made Newcomerstown their home and are actively involved in the community. Josh served twelve years in the Ohio Army National Guard, has experience as an auxiliary police officer, and currently serves as President of the Newcomerstown Auxiliary to support firefighters. 

With more than twenty five years of leadership experience in financial services, Josh offers skills in budgeting, strategic planning, and fiscal responsibility. He is passionate about supporting local businesses, strengthening community connections, and helping guide Newcomerstown toward a strong future.
