Paperless Billing

Dear Customer 
Our preferred method of sending your monthly billing statement is by email. This means you will no longer have to rely on the mail service, and you will receive your monthly bill quicker. Paperless billing also minimizes the effect we have on the environment.

By submitting this form

  1. I authorize the Village of Newcomerstown to deliver my utility bill to the above email address. 
  2. I understand that I will no longer receive paper bills.  This authorization will remain in effect until written notice of termination is provided to the Village of Newcomerstown.  In the event that my email address changes, I understand that I am responsible for notifying the Village of Newcomerstown.  
  3. I understand that I am responsible for any late fees that may be incurred due to the inability to deliver a utility bill.
  4. I am aware that the bills are due on the 17th of each month.
