The Village of Newcomerstown Police Department is accepting applications for Part-Time Police and full time Officer. The Newcomerstown Police Department offers capable men and women the opportunity to make the Village of Newcomerstown a safer community by providing efficient, effective services to its residents, businesses, and visiting neighbors.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Minimum age at time of appointment is 21 years.
A valid Ohio driver's license at time of appointment.

Ohio Basic Peace Officer's Certification (OPOTA certification) at time of application.

Able to pass a background investigation.
