Shannon Kincaid is the administrative assistant to the Mayor and Fiscal officer. She enjoys creating art and playing video games in her free time. She has lived in Newcomerstown all of her life and graduated from Newcomerstown High School in 2012.
She attended Kent State Tuscarawas for a degree in Information Technology as well as Business Management. She enjoys creating the various publications for the Village such as the Newsletters and travel guide ads. She looks forward to creating more for the Village and is excited to
see what else lies ahead in this position.
