Jay Lambes is a 1995 graduate of Newcomerstown High School. He was born and raised here. He graduated from Kent State Tusc in 2007 with an AA in Computer Graphics Animation and Design Engineering Technologies. He has had a diverse career in machining and engineering, and is a Journeyman Millwright with local 1090, but currently employed with Boltaron as an Engineering Technician since 2017. Jay attends Newcomerstown Christ United Methodist church, and is a member of Newcomerstown, Port Washington and Byesville Masonic Lodges and a 32nd degree Mason with the Valley of Canton. Jay is married to his wife Jamie and has two step children.
Jay also serves as Chair for Streets, Sidewalks & Recreation Committee.
This is Jay's first year on Council and we look forward to working with him!
