Administration

Erica Gress is the Administrative Assistant for the Mayor and Fiscal Officer.  She is responsible for a wide range duties including: maintaining and updating the village's website, human resources issues, handling all park shelters reservations and pool parties, and handling much of the day to day operations.  Erica also serves as Clerk Pro-Tempore in the event the Fiscal Officer is not available. 

Before that, she worked at McWane Ductile in the System's Assurance department for 7 years where she was responsible for communicating quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, producing various and numerous daily operations reports, assisted in internal audits to meet International Organization for Standardization requirements, operator work instructions and  anything else that assisted the Quality Assurance Manager.  

Erica earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009.  She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
